Portrait of Ayse Arya Vilgenoglu

As a Graduate Student in Interactive Arts & Technology (SIAT) at Simon Fraser University with a deep foundation in architecture, I explore the convergence of physical space, human emotion, and extended reality (AR/VR/MR). Moving beyond traditional screen-based interaction, I apply spatial theory and computational design to construct immersive, affective, and generative environments.

My work merges spatial storytelling with spatial computing-shaping mediated realities that are structurally grounded, emotionally resonant, and deeply human-centered.
